Travel Valu Returns Policy

At Travel Valu, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for returns:

Reflection period:
You have 100 days after receiving your order to register a return.

Condition of the product:
The product must be unused and unopened, with the original packaging and tags intact. The item must not be damaged, washed, or used. If the item is defective, please contact us for further instructions.

Return process:
To register your return, please email us at Contact@travelvalu.com . Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.

Postage costs:
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. This may take several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as skincare products).
